As you can see here I am asking my colleague Greta to follow up what we discussed last night.
We would really appreciate knowing as soon as it is possible who is actually able to come to the meeting on Wed, and in particular to the dinner as we need to inform our cafeteria.
As I said to people last night, if anyone wishes to join the seminar at any point during the week they are welcome. They just need to turn up and Greta will make sure our reception staff is aware so those migrant leaders who wish to attend can be directed to the right place on arrival.
It will also help us with organising translators for Wed evening’s meeting if we can know in advance how many exactly will be coming to that meeting.
